The Camellia Barn & Events With A. Rose would like to invite you to The Wedding Party - a new take on a bridal expo. This event was designed to bring not only the brides, but the entire wedding party out for a night of fun.

The expo will take place on Friday, August 8, from 6:30 - 8:30 at The Camellia Barn.

Spaces are first come, first serve. We will have a limit on how many vendors per category.

Price Includes:

  • One cocktail table with a white tablecloth (*caterers & bakeries will have a 6 foot banquet table with tablecloth to allow space for samples)

  • Logo & name shared on the Facebook pages of The Camellia Barn & Events With A. Rose

  • Business contact will be added to vendor lists of both The Camellia Barn & Events With A. Rose

  • Limited number of vendors per category

Vendor Duties:

  • Connect with brides & grooms for an opportunity for bookings

  • Have your logo posted where guests can easily see your business name

  • Have something printed for guests to remember you by (business cards, pamphlets, flyers, etc.)

  • Offer a giveaway or discount to guests in attendance if they book your products/services

  • Maintain a professional appearance and booth space

  • Share the event post to your social media pages

  • Contribute an item to the bridal bag (optional)
